- Providing accurate and timely written translation services between English and Ukrainian of reports, operational and administrative documents, technical manuals, briefings, and operational communications.
- Applying and maintining of approved terminology across translated documents.
- Accepting and implementing reviewer/editor feedback to deliver final translations.
- Providing informal interpretation services between English and Ukrainian during training sessions, meetings at a military facility (NOT conference interpreting).
- Cooperating with military personnel to support accurate international cooperation.
- One-year assignment with the possibility of multiple extensions.
- Polish citizenship or valid security clearance or ability to obtain one within a short period of time after being notified of a selection for the translator position.
- Relocation to Germany and on-site work in a military unit.
- Proficiency in both English and Ukrainian (IRL Level 3 or higher / Professional working proficiency), with proven written translation skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in translation/interpretation services.
- Typing and computer skills.
- Flexibility to shift work.

- Bachelor or Master degree in Translation, Linguistics or International Relations.
- Experience working in an international military environment, familiarity with military terminology and protocols.
- Experience working in multinational teams or supporting multilingual communications in official or formal contexts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within international teams.
